Objectives
To provide ideas, guidelines and tips for setting up language exchange meetings and reflecting on the similarities and differences between cultures and countries that can be seen as we carry out our daily lives.
Description
This two-part guide, published in PDF format, is available in several languages (Catalan, Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Occitan, Portuguese and Chinese). The first part explains how a language exchange works, including how the meeting is structured, its length, the place and the activities participants can engage in. The second part contains suggested themes for conversation and information to stimulate discussion on the similarities and differences between cultures and countries when you get together.
Produced by the language services of the Catalan universities with the support of the Secretariat for Universities and Research of the Ministry of Business and Knowledge.
